After one year the ac went out of order.The board was malfunctioning.Error code E6 shown.I have registered for service with blue star and their service centre After few days on my repeated call they came and checked and said faulty board and taken it and ordered for new one after a week they brought it and fixed but it was not working.Then again the said the new board is faulty .Now again it was taken for new board which they have to order.So about 2 weeks passed The ac was not got repaired.I think blue sty acs quality is poor or the amazon's product may be a reconditioned oneSo don't go for itAlso poor service is provided

Good Product
Delivered on time and installation done by offical bluestar representative on the next day. Noise level is low. Need to note that the standard installation costs about Rs 1500 and additional fittings cost Rs 1200 minimum for compressor stand.

Worst Customer care
I am writing this review after 3 months of uses and experience is terrible. Since installation of day 1 it started creating problems, Some time compressor not started properly, some time error 6, After few days of uses fan speed is also got slow and cooling is also down day by day. Customer care is useless and no one supporting properly. Complaint many times but no resolution. Now asking me to write and email to customer care and then they respond. While I am in Delhi and such a useless service worried how they are working in smaller cities.

Avoid BlueStar at all cost. Bad product and customer service
"Please AVOID purchasing ANY AC from BLUESTAR. I bought one last year, and it's already leaking all the gas due to a fault in the indoor coil. I’ll likely need a full coil replacement (though I'm doubtful they’ll replace it, even with 15 days left on the warranty, given their poor customer service). On top of that, the 4-way swing feature has stopped working in under a year."
