OMG! Finding this pasta was the 2026 gold mine of the year. I am a pasta lover (LOVE) and I'm very picky. This tastes and cooks just like normal pasta. I appreciate the calorie and carb deficit and that there's some protein in it. No brainer, this is the only pasta I'll ever want or need in my home. I cook it for 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

We have been using Fiber Gourmet for years because of its good taste, low calorie content and high fiber content. It is delicious and everyone loves all flavors added to it. It's great to have a product that serves all needs but still tastes absolutely delicious.
