The taste, consistency and fiber content are excellent!
A bit expensive but well worth it if you and your family love pasta but like healthy food too. There is literally no difference, in taste or texture, from regular pasta. It takes a bit longer to cook (approximately 15-18 minutes) because of the type of fiber it contains.

Awesome
This stuff is great, 200 cal for a cup and a half? Sign me up! Tastes exactly like any other box pasta, super satisfying. Kind of expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Excellent Sub For Traditional
This is pretty much a miracle product if you’re looking for something more carb-conscious. I bet it would fool someone who thought they were eating traditional pasta - it’s so similar! I made this with a bolognese but can see it being delicious as a cold pasta dish as well. I was worried it would get gummy/gooey/mushy, something, but it stayed nice and clean and “al dente”. I definitely didn’t expect it to be so good. I am excited to try the different varieties. Do it!!

Ok
Meh! Not much better than chickpea pasta at grocery store for a lot less.

Expensive BUT SO WORTH IT
I'm on a WLS journey atm and miss pasta so much but it's so high in calories I've been avoiding it. Then I found this and omg it's a game-changer. I just had my first bowl and I'm still in shock at how I got an enormous bowl of pasta for like 400 calories. yes it's expensive but honestly, so worth it.
