Both have the photo of the older bottle that says drosera rotundifolia. I had to call Boiron to confirm that what I received from desertcart is not a fake. The customer service rep said it is the same thing, the packaging has changed, it no longer says Drosera Rotundifolia, it now only says Drosera, and that it is the same homeopathic pellet. I told her that I was calling because both desertcart and Boiron's website show the full name on the item listed on the label. She also said, "it doesn't matter if it shows the wrong photo," and as long as I bought it on desertcart and it was "shipped and sold by desertcart," that comes directly from the Boiron warehouse.
