I got this for my surface pro 11 and it works awesome! I did update the firmware for it since there was known issues with the surface pro but the update eliminated those issues

Belive it or not this item is rather small and about the size of a single joint on my thumb. But it works very well. Bought this as a 2nd hard drive for my son.

everything was great up until my surface would just restart after a couple of mins being turned on. I swapped out the original and I haven't had the problem since and it was just out of the return window... :/
