I bought our 1st moonybaby monitor system 3 yrs ago. We Loved it. It was used everyday, pretty much all day and a good portion of the night. The monitor was dropped and the screen cracked. I was disappointed that the unit we had was no longer available. I ordered the one recommended as a replacement. Easy to set up. The monitor stopped working in less than 2 days. The Customer Service was outstanding. Questions asked, answers given and new unit was shipped to replace it. It should arrive tomorrow. I will update this review after using it for a while. I truly appreciate the customer service rendered. Yes, I would recommend this seller to friends.** Edit ** The replacement unit arrived and was put into use as soon as it was charged. It is a bit smaller than the previous one but the picture is very clear, the sound is as well. I am very appreciative of the customer service dept. A great choice in baby monitor systems.

We have had this monitor for 8 months and love it! I’ll bullet point the best features below for those that have babies already and don’t have time to read massive paragraphs!+battery life is amazing! I leave it on for hours at nap, and hours at bedtime without recharging. I plug it in over night.+ wide angle camera!! I bought another and returned it because the camera had to be so high up above her bed to be able to see her anywhere in her bed. It’s about midway up the corner of her wall and I get a full view of her crib.+power saving mode...screen is off until the baby makes a noise to turn it back on. You can adjust the sensitivity. You can also just have the screen on the whole time too. Power saving mode is optional.+ range is good! I can walk a few houses down and still be within range.+talk to your baby...I’ve used this a few times now that she is older to tell her I’m coming when she wakes up. Not essential but nice.+set up and directions are written out step by step in the screen so we didn’t even really need the manual.- the ONLY negative is that the plug in is not a round plug into the unit. It’s one like you would have on your kindle. Sometimes going to bed I fumble with it in the dark because you have to get it lined up just right. Wish it was a standard round plug but it’s certainly not a deal breaker!

For the price it’s a great monitor only issue we’ve ran in to is that the power cord can come loose overtime

My experience with Moonybaby has been wonderful. I had difficulty with my monitor and the customer service team was responsive, understanding, and helpful! Huge thank you to Nick (Premium customer service supervisor).The camera/monitor works great. Volume, clear, easy to hang and set up the camera. Practical and easy to navigate and great for the price. I had an issue with the screen and they were very helpful and sent me a new one! We are more than happy with this product.

This has been my favorite baby monitor by far! The monitor screen is a very decent size (larger than our last one which was a bigger name brand). The picture is clear, the sounds are great for when baby needs a “change of scenery”, never out of range throughout the house, the battery life is really good too. After a couple years and a few kids getting their hands on the monitor I noticed there were some lines going across the top of the screen and it seemed to be glitchy. I emailed customer service and they were so quick to respond to me and without hesitation shipped me a replacement monitor that should be here within the next day or two! I have never had such a positive experience with a company and I am so thankful because I really do love this baby monitor!

The MoonyBaby is a very fine piece of equipment. The quality the monitor is excellent. Sound and picture are great and it paired up super fast. What I really want to highlight in this review is the customer service and to the representative named Nick Shaw. Not long after we purchased I misplaced the charging cord and after going through the house I gave up and decided to contact the company. I found them on Facebook and messaged them. Nick responded super quick. I give him my story and that I wished to purchase a new cord. He wrote back saying they would just send a new cord free of charge. This just surprised me as I never quite got a customer service like this. Nick was to top this service a few months later. Our monitor would not charge. Contacting Nick though Facebook, once again he quickly responded. He had me check the cord and a few lights on the monitor. I sent him pictures of what the unit was doing. He determined it was charging socket on the monitor. He went on saying he would send a new 2019 monitor that had a redesigned charging socket. It is a USB port, a much better design. It was delivered in two days and we are back in "business". I urge any potential buyers in the market for a baby monitor to buy this one. It is a great product and the customer is tremendously excellent.

We love this monitor and camera. We love it because it doesn't use wifi and will work regardless of your internet service connection. The clarity and picture and talking through it are great as well. We just recently couldn't get our monitor to charge anymore at all. I contacted customer service (I used the moonybaby Facebook page and messaged them). They responded by that evening and once I told them the issue they sent me a new monitor!! I got it SUPER fast which was very helpful due to it being our only monitor in a house with two kids under 4. Once it came it was super easy to connect to my existing cameras. Very happy with the product and customer service.
