Samsonite Prodigy Spinner 55/20 Cabin Luggage, 55 cm, 40 L, Black

I travel a lot for work, I was given the opportunity to travel around in current circumstance, I had 1 suitcase which I purchased when I was traveling to Japan about 3 years ago, the build was awesome, the wheels were smooth, I thought nothing was going to beat it. But I came across this on Amazon Day, and I was in need of a 2nd case, therefore I thought to give it a try. I'm now aboard and the suit case was so easy to handle with, the wheels are so smooth, and the size was very good as well. It have a outside opening so you can store your jackets and you don't need to open the whole suitcase to take it out.I would 100% recommend this suitcase to everyone

The side attachement case for laptop and asscessories make this case unique. You don't have to open the maincompartment. Also has separate locking system . And able to take out vertically. Well designed. Have already used for plane and train business travel.

Well built. However material dents easily.The front pocket where you store your laptops and tech is well made, but the depth of the compartment is far too much. And not needed for tech only.This reduces the space available for your clothes/shoes inside the main compartment significantly. To such a point that only 1 half of interior compartment is actually usable.OK luggage for very light/business travelers who mainly carry tech and not much clothing/shoes.If your going for more than a weekend don't bother with this.

Wheels are excellent and make for very easy movement and cass very light. We did not appreciate how much room the laptop side pocket would take from the internal space.

Bought this as it seemed to be the largest hand luggage with four wheels I could find and also because it had a hard outer case. However, that case is VERY flexible plastic, so doesn't offer any significant protection over a material case. Also, when the case is full, the front portion is not usable as there is no space for a laptop. So slightly misleading. But the main point of this review is the build. I used it once to fly to the US and my friend pointed out the handle is coming away from the case. After emptying it, there are rivets missing that join the handle casing to the main body of the case. I don't know whether they were like that when it was delivered or as a result of use and doubt I can get a refund or replacement. I would be surprised if I had caused it through improper use, I am a pretty relaxed traveller for business and tend to pack light. I wouldn't recommend for the price. My antler cases have outlasted all my samsonite ones by decades, so this is the last time I purchase samsonite.

This ticks all my ideal carry on luggage requirements. It meets the guidelines for most airlines carry on except Ryan air as their width is 20cm and this is 25cm. It has 2 TSA locks one for the main compartment and one for the front zip pocket, this is great as it saves you moving valuables into the main compartment on a long flight for security as you can just lock both. It looks classy and has 4 wheels. It's very sturdy if a tadge heavier than normal though this is probably due to the higher quality and protection.

Bought a Samsonite suitcase, and the zippers broke while I was traveling in the US. I couldn’t bring the broken suitcase on the plane and had to buy a new one. Samsonite is now refusing to honor the warranty because I couldn’t send the damaged suitcase, even though I have dated photos of the damage. I had to leave it behind. Do they expect customers to pay to ship a broken suitcase back on top of replacing it abroad? Very disappointing product and service.

My old cheap one was broken so I got this one. I'm so impressed how the roller is smooth and weight is light. Also the handle is very smooth so my tiredness is obviously reduced during travel.
