TUMOVO Octopus Acrylic Paint by Numbers Kit for Adults

I have zero skills and just worked on this in some free time each weekend for 6 weeks. I turned out much nicer than I expected. The only issue I found was that the white paint doesn’t quite hide the numbers despite multiple coats to the point I ran out of some of the colors.

Love this octopus painting. I added a little bit of more color since it had too much whites to my taste.

Some colours need vast swatches painted but even for the whites and greys, you are given one badly filled cup. Number 23 ran out before I got 2/3rds of the way through that number. The white lasted enough being watered down by me quite heavily, but now I see the number through it everywhere. The painting is legit gorgeous, the canvas is high quality, and I am stealing from other sets to get it all completed and am happy with it. However, they need to fix the paint and provide more of the light colours especially.

Overall a decent kit. paints worked fine, of course the light yellows and whites dont cover well but a few layers on those solves it. brushes arent great but they do the job. Canvas needs to be taped or glued to something in my opinion. I used 3m super adhesive spray to stick mine to posterboard of the same size. Can't tell there was any wrinkles and its much easier to paint. I feel like they just took peoples existing paintings and put them through a filter, some areas were not super thoughtful in how they decided to include/add paint coloring. the PBN could have been much more efficient for them and us......... but overall its still a bunch of little areas you can enjoy coloing without having to think bout what you're painting, and it still comes out looking like a hand painted painting, so its good for what it is.

Lots of tiny details

This one is cool but has a LOT of color changes. I started it but not far yet as I got distracted with other tasks. I've finished a few of the other ones already though. Very cool kits!

Picture is great however I don’t think they provided enough paint to complete the whole picture

Came out great. I painted the top portion in purples because I don’t like too much white in my paintings. Some cells were tiny around the eyes and the numbers were hard to read. Just go slow and use reference photo. Comes folded but easy to iron out

The picture itself is beautiful. However, it does not come with nearly enough paint. So I ordered another one just for the paint. Some of the paints are too thick, too thin, and all but a couple are not ever pigmented, requiring several coats. But I loved the picture so much, I thought it was well worth it :)

I do one complex paint by number a month and this was by far the worst. - ran out of paint for some colors when I was a quarter through - paint is very dry, had to add water - some section say two numbers - lines don’t fully close in saying a section ended Many good options. This wasn’t one.
