Not free size.
Not free size. Check your ankle measurements before purchasing this. Also I had to trim the sides of the vecro as it was scratching my ankle.

Relieves the pain faster.
I had a right leg heel cramp and it gives an immediate relief to the pain. That's a great help. If used for longer duration while walking, it hurts the skin.Soft and easy to put on.Recommended.Thank you.

Can be better
The product does its work of keeping the ankle stiff but the Velcro hurts and digs into the skin.
