This power bank, which initially seemed like a solid choice, unfortunately failed after just six months of regular use. Initially, it performed well, providing a reliable charge for my devices. The capacity was sufficient for my iPhone phone, and the charging speed was decent. I appreciated the compact design, which made it easy to carry around. The Problem & Lack of Support 😥 The issues started with the power bank holding less of a charge. Over a few weeks, its capacity seemed to diminish significantly. The final straw came when it stopped charging entirely. The device now has a perplexing and frustrating problem: when plugged in, all the indicator lights blink continuously, suggesting it's taking a charge. When I unplug it, however, it's completely dead and won't power any devices. Plugging it back in immediately shows all lights lit up, as if it's fully charged, which is clearly not the case. This behavior makes it completely useless as a portable power source. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of product support. Not easy to chase customer support *************** Updates **************** Initially, I had given this product a lower rating because my wireless power bank stopped working. However, after I contacted the company, their customer service was excellent. They quickly scheduled a pickup for the faulty power bank and sent me a brand-new replacement. I'm very impressed with their service and am happy with the new product.

Very nice product and also customer service top cause the 1st i ordered it that got some problem while charging after 1 month so the service centre gave me brand new one ....that's and the new one was still working fine and i must say it's value for money and durable like it did fell from 3 feets nothing happened, small compact and portable, and adequate battery 🪫 pack, but please don't expect it to last for 3 phone to charge it's supposed to be for your own mobile don't give it to others everyone's mobile battery capacity is different a 5000 mh battery mobile guy can say it's didn't help him ...but your 4000 mh battery mobile it's last for till you reaches home,
