Bought these as a gift for my grandson who is going into culinary like his mother, who is a chef. These are very sharp knives as she actually cut herself just barely touching the edge as she was trying to place them in the case that comes with the set. So yes, very sharp. She does state that the case is somewhat flimsy and not big enough as she could not close the case trying to fit the set inside it, so she will be looking for a better case to contain the set. But she does give the knives a 5 star rating for their quality and beautiful design, the gloves are a good large size and well made. Great purchase for the price.

I like the set, havent used em yet but they do feel nice and sharp my only real complaint is that the sheaths provided are a generic, not so nice fitting on some. Otherwise The handles are similar to some dexter handles, texture and durable with a little contour. The roll up case is nice to have as well. We will see how the cutting goes

These look nice but the first time you wash them they rust. Not worth the $$ Update- the seller contacted me after I made my initial review. They were very courteous and wanted to make things right. They offered to send me a replacement set at no cost. I offered to send back the original set and they told me to keep them. The seller sent me their most popular set (free of charge) and when I received them, they are gorgeous! They are purple handlers and are not the same ones I originally ordered but I absolutely love them! This seller is on top of things and will go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Thank you! Definitely worth it!

FULL set coltelli molto belli. Arrivato nel giorno stabilito. Il mio compagno ha gradito il mio regalo per il suo compleanno. Io ho provato il coltello più piccolo per affettare gli ortaggi ed è fantastico. Consiglio massima attenzione nel maneggiarli perché sono affilatissimi.
