DCbark Double Padded Traffic Handle Dog Leash, Reflective Leash with 2 Handles (M, Pink)

This remains my favorite leash after 7 years of dog walking. It allows for maximum control when needed and is soft around my hand. It’s also light but still durable.

I have a full grown husky and was gifted this leash a couple years ago in the color blue, it lasted over two years of daily use and it still works but because it’s blue and my husky is a female I swapped it out. This leash is durable, strong, long enough and the added reflective tape sewn into it is a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this leash. My dog is about 80 pounds and I am not at all worried that this leash would fail. The two loops allow for different positions of control and are quite useful.

As there are so many similar products out there, I was hesitant to buy this leash since there were only 2 reviews.I had another 6ft leash but I realized I needed a leash with a short handle to get a better control of my dog when he's pulling hard. This one has a really nice and comfortable padded handle which prevents the leash from digging into your hand. The leash is a couple inches shorter than 6ft, but it's not too short, and it's not too long and dangly, so I like the length. I wouldn't mind the width of the leash to be a little thinner, but it's nice and durable.The clip on this is a bit finicky at times, but it's not terrible.I had bought my dog a teal colored "3 in 1 harness" by PetSafe (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0725KKX68/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), and I was looking for a leash that would go well with that harness. I didn't think I'd find a leash that'd match the color perfectly, but I was so surprised to open the packaging and find this leash to be the exact same color as the harness.

My dog is quite small at 16 lbs but he’s a terrible puller and is reactive to other dogs and children. I have arthritis in my hands and have difficulty holding onto leashes. This has two nice handles that are soft and easy to hold onto. Even the bottom handle is in a comfortable position to keep him close to my side without needing to bend over or pulling on his chest too hard.I got the 36 inch length. We like it so much were ordering one for our other dog.My only complaint is that there’s a hard plastic logo just below the top handle that digs into your wrist if you need to quickly wrap the leash around your hand as often happens with reactive dogs.

I got the 5' size and it's perfect for me. I have 2 bedlington terriers to walk and they're full of energy. One is 5 yrs-old and still very much like a puppy. He's never been easy to walk. Several mos ago I got a puppy- now 8-mos old. That doubled the energy pulling on me. Then I saw these 2-handled leashes & decided to try them. They've totally made our walks pleasant. I can have so much better control of the dogs if I use the short handle. It pretty much stops the pulling! I love that I can switch between the short and long handle, easily, allowing them more or less leash when it seems appropriate. They don't seem to mind it at all. These leashes are especially great for shorter people. I would totally recommend them. They seem to be very strong & well-made. The handles are nicely padded so they don't cut into your hand if the dog pulls. It's the perfect leash for me!

This is the perfect leash for walking early in the morning or at dusk. It has reflective ability, so people can see your dog! Actually, it’s a great leash all day long, as it has both traffic and walking handles. We’ve tried all types of leashes and this one… was a hit! Comes in many colors and two sizes. Highly recommend!

I don't write reviews often, but this leash deserves it. I bought two since I have two dogs. The leashes are sturdy, very comfortable with great padding that doesn't get in the way, and very reflective. The colors are vibrant too. The second loop was done perfectly; well-padded, correct location, and very, very handy for quickly controlling my two young puppies. This lower handle doesn't go flat, so it's quick to grab when needed. Even my 10-year-old commented on how great the new leashes are! In fact our whole family is impressed. I'm so glad I bought these!

This leash has proven to be just as good as other “name brand” leashes we’ve purchased at much higher prices. It’s not too heavy for our 25 lb. Boston. It was much easier to leash train our pup having the two easy-hold options and cushion grip. The clip is heavy-duty and secure. .***We do clip into the harness so the clip faces upward, and any pressure the pulling that may happen doesn’t put pressure on latch. Just basic engineering common sense*** Our pup gets excited every time we get the leash out because she knows we are going on an adventure. We would purchase again and recommend unless you have a toy breed as they may be uncomfortable with leash size.
