I was looking for a product that helped put me into keto which I can't tell if this does. When I took 2 pills vs 1 I felt light headed and weak. Also I had taken other supplements shortly before . Not sure if there was an interaction or just having 2 of these keto acv pills. I also noticed my lower back hurt once I started these. It hurt to walk and I hadnt had any issue prior. Kidney issue ?? Maybe from these ? So I quit taking them and my back recovered .These are easy to swallow . I cant say that I noticed any real positive effect but I didnt take them too long.
