Women's High Waist Workout Legging Yoga Running Pants

Second best leggings I’ve ever owned. The best leggings I’ve ever owned are the exact same leggings but with side pockets (also from The Gym People). I like having an option without pockets for different activities. Not see through. Flattering compression and tummy control but not too tight or uncomfortable. Runs true to size. I own 4 pair now. My first pair I was wearing 3x a week and washing regularly because of working out and they are still good as new, so these will last a long time.

These are great pants, thick enough not to show skin at all!! These ones do not have side pockets but two hidden pockets. One in front for key to locker and one in small of back for cell phone. Very well made (QUALITY) and the perfect amount of all over compression. Very comfortable!

Great leggings!!! I spent all day playing basketball in them. Great quality and they look/feel nice. I can't wait to get more. I was also afraid they'd be too small when I first took them out of the package (Size M) but they fit great!

I did return these. Fabric was nice and the color was fun. However, the thick waisted band had a tight band at the top which is what I was trying to avoid. Not a fan of the extra band at the top

I love these leggings. I don't mind the waist its all a personal preference. Great material have had no pilling in the thighs and great compression feel. Only complaint is the ankle opening can be tight with no stretch. Regardless these are my go too

I bought THE GYM PEOPLE Women’s High Waist Workout Leggings specifically for strength training workouts. I wanted something with solid compression that wouldn’t slide down during squats, lunges, or deadlifts, but also wouldn’t feel restrictive. After two weeks of lifting in them, I’m impressed with the quality. The fabric is thick and feels durable, not thin or flimsy. They’ve held up well in the wash so far with no shrinking, and they feel supportive throughout my workouts. One tiny complaint is that the material does attract pet hair pretty easily. If you have dogs or cats, you’ll probably need a lint roller before heading out. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth mentioning. There’s also an elastic band at the top of the waistband. It’s great for keeping the leggings in place during a workout (no sliding down), but I wouldn’t consider these my go-to for all-day lounging because of that added structure. Overall, these are a solid option for women who want thicker, high-compression leggings that stay put during strength training sessions.

My favorite!! I have had the same leggings for years and when I went to order more they were no longer available. I found these through an influencer and I’m so, so glad I did! Lynette are comfortable and look great. I can wear them with a sweater or sweatshirt. I like how they fit snug but not tight and the waist does not roll down.

Stretchy but not see through when you squat down, good material, high waisted, and heavy duty waistband
