I have a teenage son who plays basketball. For games, it's common for kids to wear this type of leggings, a.k.a. compression pants, under their regular pants, maybe for protection, but mostly for style. And that is precisely why my son loved these leggings, since they are asymmetrical. The material is soft and quick-drying, which for me is crucial during exercise. The waist is elastic, and even though it's polyester, it's stretchy. The one we got fit him perfectly. For reference, he's a petite kid, about 4'7, and weighs around 75 pounds. He usually wears kids' sizes 10-12, and I ordered Medium. If your child is larger, I'd recommend going for larger sizes or checking out the adult range. In my case, the size was an advantage as my son, being petite, finds it quite challenging to get this type of sportswear, as it's commonly available only in adult sizes. We will definitely be ordering more soon!

These compression pants fit my son perfectly. They were breathable and easy to move with them on. They seem to be true to the size they claim. The only complaint I have, and the reason for the 4 star, is that the first game he wore them in he went sliding on one knee to recover a loose ball and it cause a hole to rip in the pants. I'm not sure if this is just because of the way he slid or the material, but overall the pants were a good purchase.

Great way to add one legged compression which all the youth love nowadays. A tiny bit snug but not too bad. I like it.
