I'm so pleased with this i bought a few more. I've just started learning how to bake bread in the last few months and have been looking for a bread tin that will give me the shape that you get when you buy bread from the shop's, and this is it!! You can bake covered with the lid for a square tin shape, or uncovered to form the dome shape. Small air vents in the bottom for an even coloured cook all over. Great quality, an easy slide on lid and easy to clean.

I've been baking for 4 years now, and have tried may loaf tins. but I have to say that this Pullman Tin is the best yet. Although it's non-stick I still smeared butter all over it, and after 40 minutes baking at 150 degrees out slipped a perfect loaf! The best bit is-if you want a traditional domed loaf you can use it as an ordinary tin. Seems a good quality product. Delivery was quicker than they said too. All in all I am happy to recommend this loaf tin.

I’ve made two super loaves so far. I normally make sourdough boules but my son says they aren’t so good for a sandwich, so I got a Pullman tin specially for his sandwiches. The tin is really sturdy and though it’s said to be non stick I decided to rub a bit of oil on it, but even that didn’t seem to stick, so I didn’t grease the second loaf and it came out perfectly. Excellent tin, excellent results.

I like that I can use it to bake bread looking shop ready!!

This bread loaf tin arrived today, much earlier than expected, well wrapped and in perfect condition. Not used it yet, but it certainly looks sturdy, well-made and perfect for the job! (I had been using standard 2lb loaf tins but the bread dough I use - Wrights bread mix- always rises too high for a standard tin, and this was bought for its bigger dimensions) Looking forward to baking my first loaf with it!

Can use with Lid on or off.Great for making bread for sandwiches - particularly good for Asian Soft Breads using the Tangjong method.The instructions are for 450 Gr of dough. However depending on the recipe I have pushed this to 600 Gr with great results.Also good for Cake and Pie baking.Allow extra time when cooking.

I used this tin immediately it arrived just to try it (of course I washed it) and it was just what I imagined, although it was smaller than I anticipated. Very good quality bread tin.

This is brilliant! Real, shop bought looking bread, whether from a packet or to my own recipe. Only made a few loaves so far and every one came out of the tin easily and perfectly formed. Happy to recommend.

The pan is heavy and very sturdy, exactly what I am looking for. My old one (different brand) needed to be lined and the dough is not rising enough so I have to get a new one. Haven't used this yet and hoping the dough won't stick.

Sandwiche bread

J'avais envie d'un moule me permettant de me faire des pains de mie parfaitement réguliers (comme ceux du commerce que mes enfants aiment tant ;-)). Le contrat est rempli à 100%.L'épaisseur de ce moule est importante et son poids également. Je pense que ça contribue à sa très bonne performance. La cuisson est homogène et régulière. Le couvercle coulisse parfaitement.Le tout se nettoie très bien et le revêtement anti adhésif jour parfaitement son rôle. Je l'ai passé plusieurs fois au lave vaisselle sans problème. Par contre, il faut bien le sécher car il peut rouiller un petit peu là où le métal est recourbé.Je le recommande sans souci, à tel point que j'ai commandé les moules à cake de cette marque et que j'attends avec impatience.
