This was a wonderful experience. The customer service team reached out as soon as I placed my order to confirm the application I am using this for to ensure it would meet my needs. They followed up with a few tips that worked very well. This exchange took a day or two so they expedited the shipping at their own expense to ensure it would not be delayed.
