Good for pain relief
This post workout gel is very effective. One day suddenly my back started paining then i applied this on my back and it helped me heal the pain. I can absolutely recommend this as the cooling effect of this gel soothe the pain so fast

Worth it!
Long lasting pain relief. The cooling sonnoy for every muscle but when you strain it and you need fast relief then this gel is fantastic. It lasts for weeks as well and can be applied to cool the area. Pain relief is almost immediate as long as it is sore or overworked muscles. Any other issue like a tear needs proper medical supervision to heal.

Great for recovery!
one of the most effective gels I’ve tried for recovery - really intense cooling effect, easier than applying ice, can carry the tube around anywhere even when travelling if you enjoy active holidays! I play sport 4-6 times a week so very useful for me. Helps with soreness and any inflammation. Does not smell as intense as most other products.Only thing is you have to clean the skin before applying - it’s still effective but creates some residue, like any gel product. Remember to wash hands immediately after.
