We only needed it for 3 weeks, so didn't want to spend a lot of $$$. Great product for the price. Only complaint is the parking brake. Difficult to adjust so the pads don't drag against the rim. If adjusted so pads don't rub, then they don't contact at all when applying the brake with the handle bar levers. So we left it adjusted so the brakes don't operate, rather than scooting around with the extra friction from the pads rubbing, and the squealing from the rubbing. Kind of annoying in an office environment. Other then that, very satisfied with the knee walker.
