Great CD
I love this CD. It is very calming without being brain deadening! :-). This cd seems to be very relaxing but also seems to take you on a journey. I use it in my massage and reiki practice almost constantly and my clients love it. I also use it when I do yoga because it somehow engages you while relaxing you.

Peaceful, calming music
I love this CD. I play it all night when I'm enduring stressful occurrences in my life. I sleep quite peacefully, very soundly, and find myself sleeping throughout the night without waking up stressing about what's going on in my life.
