The Efomao Office chair is a good buy. I find the chair is easy to install and the instructions and video is a big help. The chair is comfortable with excellent quality. I am sure it will last for years to come. I notified the customer service to ask for a shorter cylinder so I can lower the chair to suit my need. Their response was quick with a short video clip explaining how it should be done. I am very impressed by this kind post sale support service. I strongly recommend this product to those who are looking for a quality office chair.

I got the purple one, it’s pretty subtle so it’s not hard on the eyes. It was easy to build, did it by myself in like 15 minutes or so. Seems really sturdy so far. The seat has plenty of space and the back is nice and high, so it’s extra comfortable. I did have to get the shorter cylinder after purchase because my desk is just a hair too short for the arms on the chair. That was super easy to request though. The support is nice and the recline is also nice, it doesn’t go extremely far back though like other chairs. Seems stable so far, I’ll update if anything changes!

I have been using this chair for about two weeks now and I am loving it!It is very aesthetically pleasing, it matches my white setup perfectly!The quality is very high, I was worried about the foot rest being flimsy and bending when applying too much pressure but that is not an issue. The leather is soft to the touch and the padding seems like it will hold up well. No scratches or punctures have occurred with normal use. I would be careful if you have cats though as I can see cat claws damaging this (but that is true for all furniture so it's not a fault of this product). I am overall very pleased with my purchase!

This chair has been great so far! It was easy to assemble with two people, and after using it for about two weeks for work, I can confidently say it's comfortable. The footrest is a fantastic feature, especially since I like to sit cross-legged while working.One thing I really love is how roomy the chair is compared to my last one. It’s spacious enough that both my dog and I can sit comfortably together, so it’s definitely a great option for bigger people who need a bit more space!I also noticed the listing mentioned a free 1-inch power cylinder, so I reached out to the seller, and they were quick to send one to me. Excellent customer service! I’m loving the chair so far and hope it holds up well over time. I’ll update this review if any issues come up, but for now, it’s definitely 5 stars.

Initially I liked the chair for its size, color, and comfort. The extra adjustments were a perk, however after just 2 months of use the chair lock no longer seems to work to keep the chair locked upright. So if I lean back slightly it locks itself in a semi-reclined position and I can’t fix it until I am able to lean it all the way back to reset it/unlock it. It’s as if the push in to lock feature is no longer working. For the cost, the durability/ functionality is disappointing.
