Reliable and Worked Perfectly!
I initially tried making my own cable, but it wouldnโt work, so I decided to buy this oneโand Iโm glad I did! It worked immediately to reset the password on my PDU with no issues at all. The cable length is excellent, giving me plenty of room to work. Being FTDI-based, the drivers installed and worked flawlessly without any hassle. This is a reliable and well-made adapter that saved me a ton of time and frustration. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a dependable APC USB to RJ11/12 solution!

Worked perfect for PDU AP8941
This serial cable worked perfectly for my APC AP8941 PDU. It was plug and play. No drivers, just open putty, select serial and enter the COM port and I was in. Too easy and highly recommended!

Worked for what I needed
I used this to update the firmware on my LIFEPO4 battery. It work with no issues. I have only used it twice so not sure on longevity yet.
