Britax Poplar S Convertible Car Seat, Slim 17” Design — Cowmooflage

I will say that installing this car seat at first was a bit difficult and confusing for me, but I watch Britax’s video tutorials on youtube which helped. Now that I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, I find it very easy. I love the click tight under the seat, it works great. The car seat is so secure and doesn’t move an inch. I find the adjustments very easy to use as well. It is very cute, and fits decently in my compact sedan (Chevy Cruze). It seems pretty comfy too.I, thankfully, can’t actually attest to the safety of this car seat, but Britax is highly rated in that department from what I’ve read. And I did a lot of reading before making my purchase.Overall, I really do like this car seat and recommend it. First time installation was difficult, but once you figure it out it is much easier. 👍🏻

I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect car seat and settled on this. I could not be happier with this seat. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but definitely a good value for the money. The seat is very well made, very safe and very easy to install. The entire cover can be machine washed AND dried which is huge. It also seems super comfy and well padded. My baby seems much more comfortable in this than in the infant carrier. Very well designed and intuitive to use. I would buy another in a heartbeat

I don’t normally write reviews but omg I had to do it for this. When I started researching car seats i originally went with the Graco 4ever dlx and my baby absolutely hated it! She normally is fine in her infant car seat but with that one in particular she screamed every time. So I did tons of research and finally landed on the Beitax Poplar S and it is AMAZING. Firstly, it is insanely easy to install. Second, it is great quality and extremely cushioned for comfort. My baby is so calm in it (more so than she is in her infant seat)and falls asleep almost instantly. I really appreciate having the anti rebound bar as well. You can rear face for up to 50lbs which is about 10lbs more than most other car seats. Also, it fits perfectly into my Jeep renegade. The only thing that is possibly a downside is that it is heavy from the steel frame but even if you were to switch it between cars, it’s so easy to install that it pretty much makes up for the con of the weight. I’ll forever buy this brand of car seats for all my future kids. Hope this helps!

Very happy, bought this for my grandson to grow into for years to come. Can't be the value, he can growth and have plenty of room. You can travel long distance and there is so much padding he's more then comfortable and I know he's really secure in this seat. After we got the seat so hooked in, I know this seat not going anywhere in an accident!!! It's so sturdy, secure, soft, well made, I couldn't be happier. Only down side is it's heavy so I wouldn't want to move it from one vehicle to another all the time. Plus once it's hooked in, it's in. I'm not unhooking it lol but I really like this and know my grandchild is very safe so to me that's with every dollar.

We needed to replace our boulevard after an accident (thank you Britax for great protection!). This model has more cushion (includes extra cushion to be used for infants) and the bar for extra rear facing protection. Our daughter was already forward facing so we haven’t used these features. The extra cushioning is great, there is more around her head to provide an extra support which I really like. Our daughter also loves the cup holder additions to this one! The clicktight is an awesome feature which makes installation very simple. I will always highly recommend Britax car seats!The two tiny negatives that I notice with this one compared to the Boulevard are: the straps have rubber on the bottom which makes it hard to slip over shoulders and doesn’t seem as comfortable and the button to loosen the straps isn’t as easy to get to/find in a hurry.

Doesn't recline as much as you think it would depending on the car. My toddler likes to be reclined quite a bit in rear facing so she can snooze. The cow print is cool and this is the newer updated Poplar S with side-impact bolsters that my other Poplar S does not have. Still a great seat and not cheap and crappy feeling like a Graco and better cushioning and fabric material than a Chicco. Get it!

We purchased this car seat after being a Graco car seat family and we will NEVER go back. The Poplar S is the best car seat we’ve purchased. My kids love it, I love it. The colours options are good, the padding is out of this world (wish my seat was that padded - wow!), the straps glide easily, the release button for the straps is tucked out of sight and so if you have a child who likes to try and loosen their straps when you’re driving it would be almost impossible for them to do. We have a van and we had to put these 2 seats in the captains chairs in the middle and the only thing I don’t like is that because of the ClickTight technology we can’t slide the seats at all, and so if you have multiple children in car seats can be a pain to buckle the kids in the backseatI’ve read some other reviews and I’d like to make a few points:- PLEASE READ THE MANUAL ON HOW TO CORRECTLY INSTALL THIS CAR SEAT- the rebound bar MUST be installed with the car seat. Those metal holes you see at the base of the seat cushion are where the rebound bar clicks in.- if your car seat is sliding around then YOU DID NOT INSTALL IT CORRECTLY. Please have someone check the car seat installation for you- per the manual, the strap pads ARE NOT TO BE REMOVEDWe put our most precious cargo in these seats - please ensure they are correctly installed and if you’re not sure how to reach out to a car seat technician.

Love this car seat so much and very easy install and I don’t struggle to tighten the straps or adjust the seat is super easy and very easy to take apart and clean when needs washing
