I have been using 1/2 tsp of this for 2 weeks running now and I am impressed with the results! I have become increasingly regular without the use of a laxative or stool softener which is a real mile stone for me, given my health issues. My sleep has also improved. I am a registered nurse and also very well-versed in nutrition as a result of researching what supplements to take for my multi-symptom endocrine issues which forced me to retire early at 53. I have struggled with hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, osteopenia, Vit D deficiency and all of the symptoms and side effects tied in with these. A friend of mine who is also a nurse, recommended I start taking mag cit and vit K powder along with my vit D3 and PRESTO! I seem to be absorbing the Vit D3 better! My hair fall out has diminished 100%, I am regular, stomach bloating gone and I rest well. I also take berberine for my insulin resistance and Armour thyroid. I'm looking forward to my next bone density scan to see if the mag citrate is helping with that. I've read that without magnesium, you can't metabolize Vit D3 and calcium. I am very pleased with this supplement. It has no bitter aftertaste. I dissolve it in my coffee in the morning. Within 30 minutes, I am "regular". Ha ha. Thanks to this product, my insides are working great. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency are constipation, insomnia, muscle spasms, heart palpitations (which I had and no longer have) and, insulin problems and fluid retention. If you suffer from these symptoms, check with your doctor and see if this product is right for you. It surely has helped me!

Great supplement for low levels of magnesium. Necessary for many of the bodies systems especially muscles and nerves. Easy to take. Also can be useful in regulating bowel health and function. I feel better since I began taking this and calcium citrate.
