Simple design but super effective for foot pain relief. i take massage my foot everynight , I also do yoga at least once a day. but i still felt painful when i am standing, Super helpful for my foot pain. when i recieved the foot cushion i try it right now,it fits in my Shoes and doesn't rub either. Good concept but too tight causing swelling

Bought for my husband who has been hobbling around and said he had pain under his arch and was trying to walk on the side of his foot. I suggested these arch supports and, although he said they felt strange at first, he soon to used to them and has not suffered discomfort since.Will send for another pair to have a spare.

Cant praise this item highly enough. Had plantars fasciitis for a few years now and the pain can be pretty intense. Put this on today and I have gone through the whole day pain free. The "lumpy" feeling under the foot arch takes a little getting used to but the effect of this product is nothing short of miraculous
