I love making oatmeal keifer shakes and maximizing both the health benefits and delicious taste. Maca does both! This shake is a cinnamon apple oatmeal shake, and the maca powder as a wonderful toasted nut flavor. This is a really good deal on really good organic maca powder. I keep some in a small container for daily use and then store the large container.I just discovered maca also comes in a black version, as well as a red. The black one is supposed to be four or more times as nutritious with a more pungent flavor, so I decided to do a taste test with the black version. It’s a tiny bit stronger in flavor, and a tiny bit darker in color, but I don’t think you’d notice it in a recipe. Both arrived in just 2 days, and both are outstanding!

I've been using maca powder for quite a while, and since I use it up rather more quickly than I suppose most people do, I decided to do some searching. I'd always re-ordered the same brand, out of habit (and because I liked the package design, too!) but then I came across this 3-lb bag for a very good price. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I ordered it, and I'm glad I did! I add it into my protein-powder concoction, to thicken it to a pudding-like consistency. Then I put a variety of nuts that I chop small, for topping. Then I use a long-stemmed spoon, and enjoy it to the extreme! It's a special treat that I definitely look forward to!

Smooth, easy to digest, and gives a nice energy boost. The taste is fresh, and the quality is excellent. Perfect for smoothies or oatmeal. I already buy it multiple times.

I love this brand of Maca and I usually reorder it when I can. I usually add it to my coffee and smoothies and I even add it to plain yogurt with a tiny squirt of date syrup and freeze it for a treat.
