Paid for new, got used.
This chair is uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. Also I lowered the rating significantly because I paid for a new chair and was clearly given one that was used and returned. It was scuffed up in several places and even came with “replacement” parts. I would have no problem with this if I was told I was getting a used product and got a discount for it, but I was told it was new and in perfect condition which was a lie. Will not buy from this seller again.
