It covers my entire lower back and sits right over both of the stubborn knots I am constantly trying to work out. Having one large pad instead of several smaller ones is so much more convenient.The longer pad has also been fantastic for my hip. It fits the area much better than the standard square pads I had been using.The adhesive is excellent. They stick well throughout my sessions without peeling up, but they also remove easily when I am finished.Honestly, I wish I had bought these sooner. They have made using my TENS unit so much easier and more effective simply because the sizes fit the areas I actually need to treat.Overall, if you have an older TENS unit and are wondering if these replacement pads are worth trying, they absolutely have been for me.
