Great Tools
To date, this watch has many good functional aspects: Fall detection with Emergency calling; Reminder for medication and other activities, etc. One can add two contacts to the Emergency Care Team (ECT) in addition to 911 without having the pricey upgrade of $19.80/mo that includes 24-hour ECT with video calls, add unlimited number to ECT, and historical baseline health results to alert when health result become irregular. It seems to hold a charge over 48 hours.

The app worked for a couple of days then stopped. Not apparently it has a bug and I'm unable to monitor fall for my son.

Nice Watch. Disappointed With Alternate Bands
Nice watch that allows me to check in on my mom's status. The watch performs as stated. However, I had to take one star off the review because the alternate watch bands were not the colors shown on Amazon. If you want five stars from me, the product I receive has to match the product on Amazon exactly.

I don't feel old, but this watch suits me surprisingly well.
This is a premium version of a smartwatch. It connects to the phone swiftly and seamlessly, making it very user-friendly. It can detect sleep patterns, track physical activity, monitor blood oxygen levels, provide weather updates, and even make emergency calls, ensuring the safety of elderly users. What's more, it can last for a week on a single charge, which is truly impressive! It's definitely worth the investment!

False advertisement
Watch was advertised as a fall monitor. You can do lots of stuff on the watch, but it does not detect falls. Real waste of money.

Not the whole story
Very nice display with extra watch bands and lots of activities to choose from BUT.... it fails to mention you have to have a $19 monthly subscription for the Fall detection to work to contact help.

Great senior smartwatch
The BT2-Z Is a great smartwatch to help senior parents and their kids keep in contact in case of parent falling, needing to be located or needing medical attention. The watch is designed to help monitor when loved ones or caretakers aren't around. My husband and I tried a different product first which wasn't helpful but this one is easy to use and offers many more functions. It came in just a couple days after I ordered it and when I had a question in regards to setting up the watch the customer service got right back to me with the solution. I'm still learning the multiple uses and I'm very satisfied with the product.
