I live in the mountains, and it is as I write this the beginning of autumn. Alpine winds are a thing, as are gray, overcast and rainy days and the ambient temperature hovers at around 55°. Too cold for this mountain mama, so I went on search for an electric throw to help warm my bones.I’ve had a lot of electric throws before, and most of them don’t get all together too warm, but enough to where they take the chill off. I’ve learned to accept that. I bought this throw because it was reasonably priced, and it wasn’t backed with Sherpa, some thing which I really don’t like.First of all, it’s absolutely gorgeous. It just looks like a velvet throw, being very Boho gypsy this is something I could not be happier about. I bought the red/burgundy, and it is perfect for my decor. But the truly amazing thing is HOW DAMN HOT this little blanket gets! I confess I do not fully understand the numbers on the digital display of the control, there are two, one is red; one is green. The red goes up to six, the green goes up to nine. I am fairly sure that the red indicates temperature control, and this means six levels of heat. I can promise you that a few people will be able to withstand the heat of the sixth. I practically burnt my foot sitting cross legged with this on my lap because it got so hot. This is not a complaint, although I now take extra care not to just leave it on because it does truly get so hot that I am concerned that it could burn some thing. I am not kidding. I happened to purchase two of these blankets, one for me, and one for husband, and, his gets just as hot so I don’t think this is some thing anomalous to my blanket.It also seems to stay on all night long. I’m not sure if the green one through nine numbers indicate hours? Again, not a complaint. I snuggle up with it before I go to bed and leave my window open, the temperatures plummets down to 40s and it is the absolute best sleeping weather. The room is cool, I am cozy, warm the entire night, and I have never slept so well.I love this so much that I bought one for my studio because I don’t want to be in any room for any length of time without it. It is the perfect throw to have when a chill presents itself. If you’re at all on the fence about it, pull the trigger. This is cozy, beautiful and as warm and delightful as it gets in an electric throw.

This soft, throw blanket is the perfect size to cuddle up in a lounge chair and keep warm on a cold rainy day. The controller has large bright numbers that are easy to see. It is perfect to keep me warm.

It's soft but it broke after having it for about 2 weeks or less. It just spontaneously stopped turning on after working fine for that time. It was really nice to have while it lasted. I live in an RV and rely on having a working heated blanket to help with poor heating and cut down on heating costs so this has been extremely inconvenient. Fortunately I was able to return it easily and replace it with a better brand by combining the refund with another gift card. The refund was issued quickly and that is about the best I can say about it. I'll be hiding under ten normal blankets until the new one arrives.

Heats up fast.

I have very painful knees and ankles, when the pain starts the best thing is to get a good throw easy to work and see. I loved this throw it was soft and lite and easy to use, i loved it. This morning i couldn't get it to turn on, the control will not lite up. I changed where i plug it in at to several sockets, it wouldn't come on, ive thrown the bag out and have no information on the blanket except the info on the control and it is KP-231 Product model B3001T00 Voltage 120 vac Hertz 60Hz Watts:100W Size 50" x 60"

The blanket is great ! Do not have a problem returning it.

Luv this heating blanket...and with cold nights in southern jersey it's a must have...only problem was my puppies/cats hugged it away from me!...easily solved...I bought extra one for my furbabies!...such a great price and product I bought 2 more for my daughter...and for her older dog with arthritis and her 2 cats...we are all happy and warm in Southern NJ!...btw, would of given 10stars if allowed...

Ordered this to be preemptive this winter. The return period has passed and I unboxed it a week ago since I now need it and it has quit working. First it was only patchy the areas that heated up, second the color is not what they say it it and now it doesn’t even heat up. Used it less than 2 weeks. Would NOT buy again.

Compré la individual. Calienta muy rápido y muy parejo. Los niveles de calor son suficientes y el timer funciona perfecto. La manta es muy suave y muy cómoda, los cables/resistencias casi no se sienten.Se debe usar con supervisión constante.

Realmente calienta y es una sensación de comodidad y tranquilidad

Me gustó qué es programable, que es muy suave y muy fácil de usar, la verdad la uso en la jaula de mi porto en tiempo de frio y duerme muy bien. La recomiendo 100%
