This is something you need if you are taking vit d. This is a good value. Pills are small and easy to swallow.

Helps with not getting huge bruises.
When I take this, I don’t bruise as badly. I have a real problem with getting huge bruises from barely bumping against something. This seems to help. I don’t know any difference with my dark under eye circles though.

Can choose an essential vitamin this is third-party testing. I was using it for a couple years. It’s excellent. It also comes in 200 as well as 100.
