I wouldn’t even give this product a single star. The manufacturers are misleading customers by claiming it is herbal, when in reality it contains barium sulfate—a chemical commonly used in hair removal creams. This ingredient is not disclosed on the label, and the product is falsely marketed as herbal to deceive buyers. I purchased it specifically because I was looking for a chemical-free option, but the moment I prepared the paste, the strong and unpleasant smell made it obvious something was wrong. This is a complete waste of money and a dishonest product.

This is a gamechanger and a great product! From someone like me who has higher growth of facial hair such a painless and natural alternative to facial wax in parlour and threading is life changing. I've literally stopped visiting parlour 's. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is the smell of the product which could have been better.But it absolutely works!!! Go for it! DO NOT BUY. It claims to be a herbal product but has chemicals in it. It actually burns the hair to remove it. When you run your hand over your skin, after you have used the product, you will realise that it is not a wax where the hair is removed from the roots but a kind of a chemical peel which burns the facial/body hair. None of the herbal ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list will actually cause this kind of an effect. It does not mention what exactly is the base QS. This product also has a very strong foul chemical smell. In the name of herbal it uses chemicals and will definitely damage your skin. Please don't waste your money on it.

Does have an awful smell, lil irritating on the skin however it leaves the skin smooth. Does not remove thick facial hair.
