Good quality and affordable
Great quality edition. This copy is of excellent quality for the price. It's easy to handle and read, and there's room in the margins for some notes. The paper is thick enough that my highlighter doesn't bleed through. I appreciate the work Living Book Press has done to make CM's work affordable and accessible. I had to pay upwards of $20+ a few years ago for Volume 1 in the used, pink paperback editions, so this is a big help. I hope to eventually buy the whole set of these from LBP.

Love it!
This review is for the Living Book Press edition of Parents & Children - I was so excited to learn about the CM Home Education Series books finally being re-printed and published. I wanted the pink ones, but didn't want to pay the outrageous prices, so I had to read them online and/or have them pushed to my Kindle. Now I have an actual easy to carry book in my hands. I can make quick margin notes and have an easy go to reference any time.

Second book in series
This book is the second in the series. I am buying 1 at a time and reading them slowly and carefully to gain as much knowledge as possible before my child is old enough to need formal education. Trying to decide if HS is right for us and the method described in this book is one of a kind

This review is for the Living Book Press edition. It is just lovely. I own the pink volumes, but could not resist collecting another edition. My favorite thing about this new edition is it is a little larger than the pink volumes with decent room for margin notes. That is something I had been really wanting. And you can not beat how reasonably priced they are.
