After having lots of issues with the camera, we called Hikvision customer support, the serial number did not exist in their database, and after sending them pictures of the box and label, they determined they did not produce the camera and it was a counterfeit camera.They said the firmware also was modified and is invalid.This camera was put into a government facility, but had to be removed due to privacy concerns with the modified firmware.
