For the people who say, “it doesn’t get hot enough”, I’m almost certain that they are wearing it inside out. The cord should be on the right side of the mask. I made this mistake when I first put it on. I had the cord on the left side and was like, “yea it barely gets room temperature”. I reversed it and BAM instant heat! So you’re welcome for that. I love that I can watch tv or use my phone while wearing it versus a completely covered mask. I imagine for people who are using this for migraines or severe headaches, you might want/need a fully covered mask, but you can always cover this with a washcloth or other material. I use it because I have terrible sinusitis and sinus pressure every time the weather changes. This help loosen up my sinus cavity and relieves some of that sinus pressure. It’s not 100% effective, as nothing is with severe sinusitis, but it beats trying to cover my face with a heating pad that isn’t meant for the face.

Doesn’t produce good heat and the holding strip got spoiled in one month.

I like to use this on high for 15 minutes! It really helps for migraines/sinus issues.

I have 24/7 sinus issues. I’m currently typing and I have it set to 90 minutes on high heat. It’s very soothing. With pollen counts high and chill weather it does help. Sometimes while I’m sleeping I’ll set it on low for 30 minutes at a time just to get some comfort at night. This honestly helps more that OTC decongestants. I’ve had severe sinus issues my entire life and OTC sprays, pills do absolutely both if anymore. This is awesome.

Don't buy.Save your money. I purchased my heat mask 2 years ago and now it won't turn on at all.I would only use it about once every three months. I took good care of it.Stored it and unplugged it correctly. Too but I can't return it
