Highly recommended

Work well, but need maneuvering
They definitely helped my heel pain, but they didn’t always stay in place. I had to maneuver them each time I put my shoes on.

Brings me comfort!
I love this heel cup! I have flat feet and this cushion provided me comfort and support! If your shoes have a smooth liner, I recommend cleaning it off with an alcohol wipe, let dry then apply the heel cup. This will keep the heel cups in place. I believe this to be of durable material and will last me a long time. I love how there’s 3 pairs in the package! I’ve tried these in several different shoes and they’ve all worked great.

Comfy but doesn’t stay in place
I loved these at first. They relieved my knee pain but don’t stay in the heel of my shoes. They migrate to the arch and become uncomfortable. I’ve tried double sided tape but made no difference.

SO much added comfort
I've tried these in several different style of shoes (flats, boots, heels) and have been happy with how well they stayed in place and how much better my heel pain feels when I have them in the shoes vs. when I don't.Especially happy that they fit in my heels/ "nicer" shoes, as those are the ones that really kill my feet usually. Having the cushion on the heel makes a big difference how long I feel comfortable wearing them. They're also totally invisible in the shoe which is ideal.

They fit in my shoes correctly, are slightly "sticky" so they don't slide around, and work very well to alleviate my heel discomfort.

Highly recommended for anyone who needs to keep his heels slightly raised than the toes. It does not move inside the shoes. Stays firm in 1 place. Has good cushioning effect and illuminates pain while walking. Would also recommend it for sports shoes for fast walking/running
