Faulty piece been delivered

I want to review with 0 stars but im forced to give atleast 1 Im writing to inform that ever since i got this product it was faulty I took to philips to service and they had it repaired and returned to me after 20 days Shortly it stopped working again I have been given a faulty machine and want it to be replaced with new or request my refund
