This is has wildly improved my workouts. I have super sweaty hands so most of my workouts I have had to stop short because my hands kept slipping off or losing my grip. This liquid chalk is the answer for anyone with sweaty hands. My grip is so much better now. I apply it about 4 or 5 times during my hour long session. It lasts about 6 sets I would say, however using any wipes to clean equipment will probably make you have to reapply. The cap on mine broke off after a while, but it can still be put back on, just no longer attached to the bottle. It applies super easily and dries in about 5-10 seconds if you swing your hands back and forth. I highly recommend this product for anyone who goes to the gym or works out often, unless you magically have dry hands while working out.

I love liquid chalk & needed a new brand. This one exceeded my expectations. Dries quickly & actually lasts through and entire deadlift set, kept my hands dry to help my grip. The pic is after 3 sets in my hot ass gym that refuses to have the a.c. on! If you are a bare hand lifter this is for sure worth it & is an American Co., big plus in my opinion.

I am a n indoor rock climber and use chalk. But during the climbing, I break a sweat and my hands start to sweat. The chalk helps, but I wanted to try something less messy. Its a bit sticky when you rub it between your hands, but it dries quickly. I can easily do 2-3 climbs before I have to re-apply. It does not dry out your hands and smells neutral. Even so I expected it to last longer, it functions well and I am happy with it. The bottle seems small, but you only need a few drops , so the value for the money is good.

Took some getting used to but I like it. I leave more handprints on the floor than I did with powder, but I’m not worried about getting it all over the place. I love the bottle and carabiner. It’s super easy to use, helps my grip during my kettlebell swings and the thickness of the chalk is perfect. It’s easy to get the right amount. It works the same as powdered chalk but it’s less of a mess to apply. I bought the smallest bottle to try it but I like it well enough to buy a bigger bottle next time. I just clip it onto the outside of my backpack. Stores very well.

It doesn't stick to your hands. Oh, it sticks to everything else, like your clothes. Mess free it says. Ah, no. There are other liquid chalks that stick to your hands for most of your workout. I'm trying them all.

This liquid chalk works really well. It dries quickly and keeps my hands dry without the cloud of mess you get from traditional chalk 🙌 It provides solid grip during workouts and lasts longer than I expected. A little goes a long way, which I really like. Small downside: It takes a few seconds to fully dry before starting your set. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and is easy to use 🏋️‍♀️

Not as messy as chalk! Love this for back days and big dip days, especially for people with sweaty hands like me!
