TEROSON PU 9225 SF ME - a 2-component adhesive for car body repairs

The adhesive from TEROSON is a 2-component adhesive based on polyurethane. It is ideal for repairing car bodies and especially for repairing paintable plastic parts inside and outside, as well as minor damage such as scratches and holes in bumpers, spoilers and much more. The adhesive has a fast application and curing time of only 2 to 3 minutes. It is recommended to use the adhesive for repair areas smaller than 7 cm. In combination with TEROSON 150 Primer, the plastic adhesive also provides optimum adhesion to plastics. As a surface preparation, the 2-component adhesive reliably bonds plastic parts. It cures optimally at room temperature and the curing can be further increased with an IR heat source at 60°C. The application can be carried out with the TEROSON 150 Primer. The application can be carried out with the TEROSON cartridge handgun and suitable static mixer.

The parts to be bonded must be free of oil, grease, moisture, dirt and mould release agents. To apply the adhesive, place the cartridge in a suitable gun. Squeeze until both components come out at the same time. Then attach the mixing nozzle and trim the tip as needed. The first 2 cm of the adhesive bead should be discarded. Apply the adhesive directly to the desired surface. Remove excess adhesive immediately after application.
