Just buy it! You won't regret it. If you've ever sat on a chair for more than a couple of hours and have to hobble away after, yes, this is what you're looking for. September 2022 I purchased this and it's now July 2026 and it still saves my back daily. I have used this pillow nearly every single day, at minimum 5 days a week for 8+ hours. Doing extremely rough match I've spent about 7,000+ hours sitting on this pillow and it works the same as the day I purchased it. The thickness of the pad is perfect, you don't feel like you're sinking and you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard floor. It's perfectly supportive in the way that you forget about it because it works so well, but if you remove it you see an immediate change. I use it in a standard desk chair and it fits fine. I am a larger woman with wide hips and I don't spill over the sides. I do like the cooling quality to it in the summer and I simply drape a blanket over my chair in the winter to make it cozy and warm. I would buy this again (though it's such high quality I have no doubt it will last for years to come) and I reccomend it to my friends and family all the time. As a bonus above everything else, there's a nice handle where you can carry it to your office and I use it in my craft room while sewing. And if somehow you're still not convinced, this pillow is easily a half to a quarter the price of similar ones and it is a workhorse.

This TushGaurd Cushion is Great. I ordered the Large in Grey to match my truck. So far after a weeks of daily use it is good to go. Definitely does the job as advertised. It is comfortable. Versatile. Easy to move around if need be. Ordered a few more for the other vehicles I have. Farthest trip so far has only been about 30-45 mins and it seemed good. You do feel a bit taller in the Car Seat sitting in this so you will have to adjust your seat height. My back and hip have pain relief now using this. So far so good. Highly recommend.

cushion is decently comfortable, not as thick as I was hoping it would be. solid design although if you have a bigger chair it may slide around a bit. the portability is nice, you can take it with you and its blueprint is small enough to fit in most chairs. the support is solid, but the tailbone support could be better. Overall 4/5 stars. I would spend a little bit more and get a larger and thicker cushion.

I ordered 2 of these ahead of a 1,200+ mile road trip and they did not disappoint. I was a bit skeptical at first because they were SO thick; I wondered if I would feel like I was in a booster seat. But they turned out to be fantastic. My travel companion and I are both in our early 60s and we both commented on how we never had lower back pain, and how comfortable they were.

Hmmm . . . It's been 3 days since this arrived, so I'm not sure if I'm just being impatient or if this is as good as it gets, but as of right now, it's just okay. It's nowhere near the 3.5" thickness that's advertised. It's closer to maybe just a little over 2" and it's pretty firm. Is firm better than soft? Not sure, but I'm comparing it to another coccyx cushion that my sister has that's a softer memory foam and to me, hers is much more comfortable. (hers is no longer available for purchase or I would have just bought the same one) Pros : - this one is wider than my sisters which, combined with the non slip dots on the bottom side, keep it in place better even on larger seats. - the larger size also means that there's a larger target to hit when you're not able to easily "aim" yourself to sit on it just right. On seats without arms to help ease me down slowly, the larger size gives much more room for error. - love the carry handle (I took it on an airplane and that made traveling with it easy) - the cover unzips for washability if needed - no logo or markings on it. I'm pretty picky about aesthetics and hate goofy logos, so this makes me happy Cons : - it's really firm. Maybe that's good for some, and maybe it'll soften up over time, but it's a bit hard for my liking - the seat cover is an open weave mesh which is nice for breathability, but if you're wearing shorts or a shorter skirt, the mesh fabric is a little rough and not the most comfortable on bare skin I bought this to help with a temporary issue pre and post op, so for my short term needs this'll suffice nicely. If my intentions were to use this everyday, I would need to look for something else that's more comfortable.

I bought two of these cushions. They are both very comfortable, but I needed a slightly larger cushion for a different seating situation. I've had them for a few weeks and they are not showing any issues. After using for a few hours I still have very slight comfort issues, but nothing like the same chairs give me without it and I don't have to stop whatever I am doing to get relief!

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Used it for the first time today and IMMEDIATE RELIEF! I WFH and sit 8+ hours and after an hour, I would stand and have a deep ache in my back which required me to slowly stand upright with the fear of pulling a back muscle which I’ve done before. When I stood today NO PAIN! I bought a similar pillow in the past which did not work. This is well worth it. Would highly recommend. This is not a paid review btw because I don’t always trust Amazon reviews!

My tail bone gets quite painful if seated for long periods, having read the reviews I thought this would save the day, but I find the filling is a little too soft and compresses down too much defeating the object. The stitching has come apart on one seam which I'm happy to fix, but where's the quality control?

It's the fine product if you are driving or sitting on a chair for 2 or 3 hours. In a day, but if you are sitting on a chair more than 6 or7hours in a day Then this cushion seat is not for you. Because after some time, the cushioning of this seat will not last longer. And after a month, you will feel a lot of stiffness and harder cushioning When you sit on it because the cushioning, don't last longer than a month. It just take a shape of you and do not maintain the original shape of it.
