Ancient Remedies Revived [Paperback] Shanon Greef and Natalie Willow

So pleased with this book! There is so much knowledge in here of different plants it actually blew my mind when I first got it. I also love that they show how ancient peoples use them as well as what we currently know. Showed up in pretty good shape (as good as you can hope for a paper back) but no real damage or anything. Would highly recommend!

This is a good book, but the only problem to me is that the book is more about women’s health

It good read and benefit you the most if you live in North America. The local plant method and such probably most common in North America area but overall. The herbs and benefit is something that greatly benefit you.

I prefer to handle health issues naturally and not get medicated. This book has loads of information as well as how to information. Natural remedies are better for you then medicine which may cause other issues which you end up taking other medicine for. All this creates is a vicious cycle and no guarantees
