Poor Reliability.
This product worked well for 6 weeks. Very effective at cleaning wooden floors and rugs.Unfortunately it is let down by the build quality. In our case the handle jammed in its upright position.Gtech will not guarantee the product if it is sold by an unauthorised dealer (Sold by: Ur's Choice Store)

I don’t find this product has enough suction for my carpet. However, it is good on hard floors.

Useless and flimsy
Utterly useless on cut pile carpet. Immediately cuts out.Flimsy construction with numerous plastic clips that will easily break.Very disappointed
