Very good way to lie and slander

Awesome bag!
This bag is so fun and the cust customer service is awesome! It is a bit fragile so I definitely recommend paying for the protection plan

Fun for 10 minutes… then it’s a very overpriced bag
I bought this backpack to use at Disney/Universal theme parks, thinking it’d save me from buying multiple Loungeflys for different outfits/themes. Great idea, right? Except the screen died after 10 minutes. The seller did send a replacement, but it also died within 15 minutes, and now they aren’t responding. While it still connects to the app, the display itself doesn’t work. The concept is fun, but the quality is poor, and it’s not reliable for actual use.

This backpack may have put an end to my loungefly collecting.
It's absolutely so awesome! Worth every penny. My only complaint is I wish the app was a little better, there is a learning curve and it doesn't always work properly. Other than that I would buy this all over again.
