Which side faces out to collect the paint ?

The green side is the one that collects the dirt and overspray.

No, it is 20mm thick 1m wide, and 20m long

how many microns does this filter down to?

Unfortunately we can not find a definite answer for this question. We have looked for a technical answer from our suppliers on the product but they could not guarantee an answer, only that it is an extract filter so takes the paint particles in the air out of the booth. We have sold many of these products over the years to many professional customers.
