**Q: When i ordered my rolser shopping bag (now awaiting delivery) it was shown as free postage in the u.k. now looking at my invoice £3.96 has been charge**
A: Amazon normal free shipping on overs over £25. Do double check though.

**Q: Is this navy blue please?**
A: This certainly looks black to me, as there are pics of another one which is definitely blue

**Q: Why does it say Multicolor, and not Blue? Does this mean you are ordering a random colour?**
A: No it does not. Multicolor refers to the fact that the bag is blue and the writing is white, also the frame is black.

**Q: i want to know how to fold it**
A: Put your foot on bottom bar at back hold handle (pressing little bar under it up into handle) and push handle down firmly.
