Works awesome for Chronic Illnesses!!!
As usual, Lucy does not disappoint.I have multiple chronic illnesses and this is perfect for tracking my days and symptoms and triggers. I love Full Circle.

It had more workspace than I may have wanted (I love massive amounts of stories and info)
I bought this book, having read Moon Time (which changed my life, and you should put in your cart ASAP,) and Burning Woman, (which gave me lots of things to think about and mull and you should put on your wish list asap). It had more workspace than I may have wanted (I love massive amounts of stories and info). However it's perfectly listed in charting, how to, examples, and ways to do so. It's very much a hands on book, I use the symbols in my journal so it's all in one place, and I'm glad I have the ideas. If you have a journal you can cut out her pages and tape them in your journal. Charting is super helpful for everything. This isn't my favorite thing she's written (Moon Time is), but I think it's an important thing we've forgotten about and a good resource for women of all ages.

Useful and Insightful!
As with all of Lucy's books, this one is full and engaging, heart-centered and honest. Lots of examples are given on what to chart and why- a great practice for getting to know yourself and your cycles!

Health Tracker For All
I love the simplicity, profundity and elegance of the health tracking system that Lucy has devised. I love how flexible it is and how she acknowledges and welcomes the stunningly diverse range of experiences which a woman might bring to it. In subtle and yet life-changing ways it has been helping me to work towards a better place of balance. I am only sad that I came to this at 44 rather than 14. Buy it for your daughters, buy it for your grandmother, your mother, your aunt, your friends, but first of all for yourself. Thank you Lucy.

I love this book so much
I love this book so much. I don’t know why I’ve never really thought about tracking my cycle, Health, the moon cycles etc in this way before but it just makes so much sense. I’m definitely seeing patterns emerging with regards to aches and pains I would normally view in isolation to anything else which was going on. I can’t see myself stop paying close attention to my health ever again!
