TOOLIOM TIG Foot Pedal with 5-Pin Plug and 16 ft Cable | 0-250A control range, for 5-pin TIG welder

Works perfect with my Azzuno 200L tig welder. The only issue with it is that I had to switch the 2 wires on the potentiometer inside the pedal. It was full amperage when slightly pushing the pedal, then the amperage dropped as you depress the pedal. Switched the wires and it works as it should.

Good product

Works great, plug and play design. It has a lip at the bottom for your foot to rest on so you dont slip which is an advantage over other brands. It's a bit heavier but that makes it less likely to move around which is a plus in my book.

This foot pedal works great, it is fairly durable and literally gets kicked around a lot with what I do. It works well with the sunstac ss-250p AC/DC tig welder (which I am extremely impressed with see that review) the downfall is the wire which is why it looses one star. Though it hasn’t broken on me yet I’m fairly confident it won’t be much longer. The protective surround of the wire is thin and the connection point is mated pretty cheap. This can be diy’d to be more durable but I fear the wire itself will not last long term for how much I use the machine. This is just a matter of opinion and I’m sure it will be fine for the home hobbyist but for everyday use I have my doubts. Overall good construction on the pedal, though it is a little on the bulky side. It is very easy to setup and use and I’m sure replacement cable are available in the event that it fails.

This is a really nice foot control and DOES control the Amperage.

I am writing this review after using it for a year. I have it in a shop that is out side and this pedal has held up better then the original that can with my welder I will buy again

Working great

Used on my 200-amp YesWelder. It works pretty well, but I think the rate of increase is not linear. About halfway down, there is a dramatic jump in amperage.

Funktioniert super mit meinem Yeswelder ACDC Schweißgerät. Schade ist nur, dass es über Amazon.COM angeboten wird und somit doppelt so teuer wird wie angepriesen ( Zoll usw )Spricht toll auf jeden Fußkontakt an.

I finally bought a foot controller for my Yeswelder 205DS, as soon as I got the peddle I plugged it in to test and it worked as it should. I added some extra heat shrink at the connectors to make it more secure and protected from damage.Overall very happy with the purchase, great value and solid build.Having direct control of the amps with a foot peddle instead of fixed at the machine allows much greater control of the weld. As others mentioned I waited over a year before finally getting a peddle. Do yourself a favor, get one when you get your welder, without out it, its so much harder to get a good weld especially on thin metals.

I should have bought this when I bought the TIG welder!It has made using the TIG a lot more enjoyable and controllable.Even though the welder I'm using it on has all the up and down slope setings, I leave them alone now and only use the pedal for control, other than pre- and post-flow.

Works perfectly with Yeswelder TIG 200P AC/DC. Pedal is nicely weighted. Only complaint is the wires aren’t protected well where they enter the pedal.
