Bought to use to make my own room/pillow sprays. Not much else to say about it other than it's fine, it was suitable for purpose and I'd buy it again.

Not for steam irons as it works out to expensive
I’m sure this is a good product and it is medical grade. My error to use it for a steam iron as it all went on one ironing session which makes it to pricey for this use.

It looks like it does in the picture. The top of the lid can be used to break the foil seal. Seemed like a good price compared to similar options.
