On receipt of the duvet I unzipped the top of the bag, and put my hand in expecting to feel smooth cotton encasing loose hollow fibres (as an egyptian cotton cover with feels like down filling should feel) . What I actually felt was a thin fabric more like cheap polycotton filled with already clumping fibres - very like the 5 year old duvet I was replacing..This duvet felt nothing like luxury Egyptian Cotton and nothing like down, so I didn't even take it out the bag. Contacted the seller to arrange a return, the cost of which they will deduct from my refund. It arrived back with the seller a week ago (tracked), and to date I've had no confirmation or refund from them.Before purchasing this duvet I did read the reviews.
