Perfect for our 2 lil teacup pomeranian dogs. They literally run and down it. Didn't take long to show them how to use them. Definitely worth the money.

I have two Maltese dogs. One is a tiny boy at only 5 pounds and the other is about 12 pounds. The 12 pound dog is very sweet, but not very smart and definitely not an athlete. While my little Maltese jumps up on beds and couches five times his height with little effort, the big Maltese would just sit sadly on the floor. But with a few days of treats, big guy took to the stairs very well and loves his newfound freedom! He goes up and down by himself all the time now and just loves his stairs. His main issue is that one of the cats loves to sit on the top of the stairs, blocking his way, so he had to learn to push past her. I've waited a year before writing this review so I could report on how the stairs hold up over time. For dogs the size of mine (5 and 12 pounds), the stairs have maintained their shape and haven't broken down at all. Some of us have even sat on the stairs for a few minutes here and there, but I feel like it would break down over time if people frequently sat on them or large animals used them frequently. Just from the weight and construction of the stairs, I'd probably only use them for dogs that are less than 30 pounds. The material is easy to clean (grey linen) and has also held up over time, with no tears or picks. It blends nicely with my living room furniture and doesn't look as utilitarian as some of the stairs I've seen. I think the dogs prefer the fabric to the plastic stairs I tried to get them to use in the past. They found the plastic way too slippery. I've found these stairs to be a great investment and now that I've seen how well they hold up, I plan to order a few more. For small dogs, these are as good as it gets.

Nice quality - looks exactly like the product picture. Nice enough to blend into your decor. Am using it in our bedroom for the elderly chonky cat to reach our high bed. What I love: sturdy, yet soft enough so that when you bump into it at night, you won't break any toes! Also, light-weight so you can move it around, but heavy enough so it won't move when being used. The cover is washable too. Going to purchase a second one to use in various parts of the house. Love it.

So the stairs themselves seemed to be well made and were nice. My problem is that the listing says it is for 19 inch stairs but when they arrived they were only 18. The tag even says 18 inches. I know 1 inch isn't a big deal for most people but it was enough of a difference that my dog was still going to strain himself using them. The foam seemed to be pretty supportive. The linen cover was beautiful. It was really lightweight so it probably will slide pretty easily. I think it would be a good purchase for most people. Just know the measurement for the 19 inch is wrong. Update: it appears the listing as been changed to reflect the correct height. :-)

Beautifully made, however, our little fog could not go up & down the stairs as the incline was too steep for her. It’s suitable for a living room, bed room or family room.

I bought these steps for my two mini-dachshunds to access my bed. They are the best! A little pricey, but I am not regretting the money spent on them. They are sturdy and stay where I put them even if Cooper & Lucy decide to access by the side of the first two steps. Very easy to maneuver. They are light-weight and I can easily move them aside with a push by foot when vacuuming. They have a zipper on bottom for easy removal and washing, which I haven’t needed to do as yet. It took a couple weeks for my red doxie, Cooper, to feel safe going up and down, but Lucy flew up them as soon as they hit the floor and she uses them going down as well! Over all, Cooper and Lucy and I, are very happy with these steps!

The steps landing area is not big, so I don't know how useful it would be for larger dogs, but it was fine for my Chihuahua. It took my her no time to understand what it was for and be comfortable using it. However, when she went up fast, the stairs would slip underneath her and she would fall. This caused her to become scared of the stairs and stop using them. The cover bottom has plastic grippers, but it was not enough for my hardwood floors. I had to take a hot glue gun and create some more traction to stop them from slipping. Other than that, I really like these stairs. The fabric has a nice texture and appearance. It is also removable for washing, which is great!

My cat lost her ability to jump up on the sofa or bed after being injured and then very sick. It broke our heart and her’s for her to not be able to lay beside us. I decided to try these steps to see if she could make her way up to us. The steps were perfect for her. She was a bit wary of the steps for about two days and then started using them to get onto the sofa. Now she uses them many times in the course of a day. Steps are covered in a nice fabric, giving but firm on her paws and lightweight. No off gassing at all. They stay in place on top of the carpeting and do not move around at all. Will be buying one for the bedroom and one for her favorite chair. Measure the height of the item you want to make accessible for your pet and check the height of this product. We bought steps that are about one-inch lower than the sofa and it is the perfect height for our cat. If you want a quality product to allow your pet an easier way to get up on furniture, this is a great choice at a great price !

I bought these stairs for my small 7 pound dogs for use to get up and down our bed. They use the consistently and I don’t worry so much about them hurting their tiny legs. Great quality. Sturdy. Provide good grip (versus plastic stairs that are slippery). Also matches my decor which is a bonus.

Looked exactly like the picture, size was accurate, very durable yet cushioning on your feet (I was actually able to walk up it onto my bed), does not slip on the carpeted floor it’s on. One of my best Amazon puchsases!

I purchased this for my nine year old cat, who has a hip injury dating back to his kitten days (fractured hip). On bad days my poor cat has trouble climbing human stairs and jumping up on moderately high objects. I picked up this set of pet stairs so the cat could get on the family sofa which is his preferred nap spot. The cat uses it on a now daily basis and I am 100% happy with my purchase.

There are no sticky pads or anything on the bottom so if you are using this on a wooden floor it seems to slip around when the dog uses it. Otherwise very sturdy and lightweight.

These steps are wonderful. Firm yet soft enough for my dog to climb comfortably. The cover slips off easily with a zipper on the bottom and washes very well.
